At SmartJetPrinters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your refurbished printer. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your hardware within 30 calendar days of receiving your shipment, you are entitled to return the equipment for a full refund or advance replacement.

Unlike other equipment sellers who charge 15%–25% restocking fees or require buyers to cover freight, SmartJetPrinters provides 100% free prepaid return shipping labels via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. There are zero restocking or handling deductions applied to your eligible return.
