Shipping & Delivery Rates Policy

1. Order Processing & Same-Day Dispatch Cutoff

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM EST (11:00 AM PST) are processed, final-tested, packed in molded anti-static foam, and dispatched from our San Francisco operations facility on the exact same business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/national holidays are dispatched the following business day.

2. Carriers & Tracking Notifications

We ship exclusively via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and FedEx Express Air. As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive an automated dispatch email containing your 18-digit tracking number and direct tracking link.

3. Signature Confirmation on High-Value Orders

To protect against porch piracy and ensure secure commercial delivery, all orders totaling $300.00 or higher require direct signature confirmation upon delivery. If your business location operates during specific receiving dock hours, please indicate this in the checkout notes.

4. Shipping Locations

SmartJetPrinters ships to all 50 US States and commercial addresses. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional carrier transit surcharges calculated at checkout. We do not currently ship directly to APO/FPO or international addresses.

5. Transit Insurance & Damage Protection

Every single shipment is 100% insured by SmartJetPrinters against courier transit damage or loss. If a carton arrives with severe external damage, inspect the contents and report any issues within 48 hours to info@smartjetprinters.online for an immediate express replacement unit.
