1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the SmartJetPrinters website (smartjetprinters.online) or placing an order for refurbished hardware or repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our 30-Day Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

2. Refurbished Hardware Grading Definitions

SmartJetPrinters classifies all refurbished hardware according to strict cosmetic and functional standards:

• Grade A+ (Open Box / Pristine): Flawless cosmetic exterior with near-zero page counts (under 100 pages). 100% functional overhaul with full accessories.
• Grade A (Like New Standard): Minor micro-scuffs on plastic housing that do not affect operation. Complete 8-point internal diagnostic overhaul, fresh rollers, and 100% print quality verification.

3. 1-Year Comprehensive Warranty Terms

Every refurbished printer sold on SmartJetPrinters includes our 1-Year Full Replacement Warranty. If hardware components fail during normal operational usage within 365 days of delivery, SmartJetPrinters will troubleshoot, repair, or replace the hardware with advance express shipping at zero cost to the buyer.

Warranty does not cover physical drops, liquid spills, unauthorized third-party disassembly, or electrical surges from ungrounded outlets.

4. Transparent Pricing & Order Acceptance

All prices displayed on SmartJetPrinters reflect accurate refurbished pricing in US Dollars ($USD). Strikethrough MSRP values represent original manufacturer suggested retail prices when new. We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from obvious pricing typographical errors, in which case full immediate refunds are issued.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SmartJet Printers Refurbished Systems LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from equipment downtime. Our maximum cumulative liability is strictly limited to the purchase price paid for the equipment.
